The First Rule of the Sandbox: Ship
A product that exists can be tested. A product that stays in development can only be imagined.
Small is useful
The first release doesn't need every feature. It needs enough functionality to create a real interaction with the problem and the person experiencing it.
Shipping creates evidence
Every release answers a question. Sometimes the answer is encouraging. Sometimes it tells you to change direction.
Both are useful.
